Vampires

Well not really, more along the lines of photosensitive hemosustained Tolkein-esque elves.

This is an idea that myself and made up when we were 14. Its about a girl who is doing something in a world full of hot "vampires" who wear pretty clothes. It was as teenbopper anime as you can see and it would have made billions.

The characters are the main character in the middle, a young girl who is human but has a "magical" gift for living with vampires. On the right is Frishio, the vampiric prince of a small country who is also the main love interest. On the left is basically a man-woman thing. A race of desert dwellers that adapt to the sex of their partner. (Male to female partners and female to male partners.) Unforunately she/he didn't really spend enough time with hubby to turn completely female. (Oh the slashiness) Above her is Nikolas, her lover and a psychotic vampire who kills things. But he's pretty. And finally the upper right has Retsmah, a half vampiric vampire slayer who has daddy issues. Also the son of he-she and psycho-boy. There were other characters but no room.

This actually looks pretty good. Emo 14 yr oldness aside. I should make western anime.
